Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions; document hourly runs.
• Monitor client movement, maintain sign-out books and logs.
• Coordinate in-house activities per schedule (chores, breaks, visits).
• Supervise medication administration as directed; ensure safety.
• Complete reports and incident documentation as required.
