Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision and training of recovery support professionals.
• Develop daily staff scheduling for coverage across all shifts.
• Maintain accurate daily census and client movement records.
• Transport clients and escort to medical appointments as needed.
• Screen client belongings and monitor access to the facility.
• Oversee room searches, client requests, and activity documentation.
• Monitor medication administration and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Document safety checks, drills, and facility inspections.
• Support therapy activities and ensure clean, safe facilities.
