Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. is seeking a dedicated residential support worker to help supervise recovery staff and coordinate daily schedules within a behavioral health program in Maryland.

You will assist in client intake, maintain accurate census and logs, and ensure safety and compliance across shifts. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a compassionate approach to clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: at least 1 year in a Residential Behavioral Health Program; if applicant has 60 college credits, required experience is reduced accordingly.
• Applicants with a HS diploma or GED must have at least 3 years in Residential Behavioral Health Programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision and training of recovery support professionals.
• Develop daily staff coverage schedules.
• Maintain accurate daily census and client movement logs.
• Coordinate transportation for clients to appointments and outside activities.
• Screen and process admissions and belongings.
• Conduct routine room checks and safety checks.
