You will handle escalated collections activities, including repossessions, early-stage foreclosure, and skip tracing, while ensuring compliance with FDCPA and applicable laws.

Qualificações

• Moderately complex delinquent accounts handling
• Ability to interview members and determine reasons for delinquency
• Counseling members on financial obligations and alternatives
• Knowledge of FDCPA and related regulations

Responsabilidades

• Understand and apply the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act in daily work.
• Manage repossessions and foreclosure processes as needed.
• Supervise repossession lifecycle from initiation to liquidation while tracking expenses.
• Assist staff with collection accounts, bankruptcies, and legal actions when required.
• Ensure proper documentation, notices, and compliance across accounts.
• Coordinate with third-party loan services for delinquent collections.
