The role emphasizes negotiation, active listening, and knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, and SCRA, with opportunities to contribute to audits and reporting. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA and SCRA.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Experience with inbound/outbound phone system preferred.
• Intermediate computer and typing skills.
• Basic skip tracing skills.

Responsabilités

• Resolve delinquency on vehicle loans with timely payments.
• Identify true cause of non-payment and provide personalized options.
• Work on charged-off loans via inbound/outbound calls and written correspondence.
• Set up repayment plans, negotiate settlements, and perform account maintenance.
• Refer accounts for litigation review as needed.
• Assist with monthly audits and reporting.
• Work on repossession processes: notices, final demand letters, and disposition paperwork.
• Coordinate with tow yards and government agencies.
• Handle vendor invoices and audits as required.
