Job summary

AmFirst is seeking a Collections Specialist to preserve the Credit Union's assets by collecting delinquent loan payments and recovering collateral. The role involves contacting overdue accounts, analyzing borrower finances, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent/overdrawn accounts by phone and mail; take action to correct delinquencies.
• Analyze financial condition of delinquent borrowers; recommend extensions or modifications.
• Assist members with inquiries about delinquent accounts; refer complex issues to supervisor.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on collection activity.
