Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working with adults in substance use disorder treatment, addiction recovery, or a related environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with accountability for performance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop Client Support staff to promote accountability and quality client care.
• Coordinate daily client schedules and ensure services are delivered or rescheduled as needed.
• Verify accurate intake procedures and support transitions to appropriate levels of care.
• Assist in aftercare planning, recovery housing, and community resource connections.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate residential placements and telehealth services.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and documentation; monitor incident reports and follow policies.
