Job summary

Phoenix House of New York is seeking a Supervisor of Recovery Support to plan, advocate, implement, and coordinate a proactive array of services for patients, while performing essential administrative duties to support the program.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a substance use disorder treatment setting.
• Experience with case management and knowledge of related health, mental health, housing, and vocational systems.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate staff and activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RSS supervisors and document supervisions in Relias.
• Oversee and assign duties to Recovery Support Staff.
• Train and onboard new RSS staff.
• Develop the weekly RSS schedule and ensure coverage for all shifts.
• On-call after hours to RSS for emergencies.
• Conduct monthly RSS staff meetings.
• Develop agendas with the Program Director and attend weekly case conferences.
