You will mentor staff, oversee intake, discharge, and documentation processes, and support crisis intervention and counseling services.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a human services setting.
• Ability to mentor staff and maintain compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor Recovery Specialists; role model and motivate staff and clients.
• Maintain and organize reports, records, and documents in files/databases.
• Oversee intake for new admissions, ensuring UA compliance and proper paperwork.
• Supervise and document client medication administration and vitals.
• Coordinate transportation of clients to appointments and activities.
• Lead crisis intervention and supervise group AOD counseling sessions.
