Isaiah House seeks a Client Engagement Specialist to support client retention and recovery outcomes. You will build trusting relationships, monitor engagement, and provide timely support to encourage continued participation in treatment

Responsibilities include conducting check-ins, collaborating with clinical staff, documenting interactions, and contributing to retention strategies within a compassionate, client-centered program in Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

• Experience in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in client engagement or case management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of mental health and addiction recovery a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client progress and engagement to spot early signs of disengagement.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to support engagement and transition into the program.
• Build trust and connection within the Isaiah House community.
• Provide empathetic support, active listening, and address client needs.
• Identify disengagement signs and intervene to prevent treatment withdrawal.
• Document interactions and interventions per company policy.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to address barriers to commitment.
• Support strategies to enhance client retention and motivation.
