Job summary

Basecamp Recovery LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a dedicated professional to join our behavioral health team as a supervisor focused on recovery housing operations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, at least two years in recovery housing or behavioral health, and experience supervising staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recovery housing, behavioral health, or a similar structured support environment.
• Experience supervising or training staff is strongly preferred.
• Possess and maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and urine drug screen.
• Ability to obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Medicaid billing number.
• Hold a valid CDCA or higher credential in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of 12-step recovery programs or similar recovery-based approaches.
• Actively participate in the recovery community.
• Apply experience working in recovery housing or similar structured environments.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain professional boundaries with residents and staff.
• Collaborate as a team and provide leadership to staff members.
