Job summary

St. Matthew's House in Naples, FL seeks a Program Supervisor to assist the Program Director with resident care, supervise staff, and oversee Justin’s Place Recovery Program operations.

You will help develop program plans, monitor progress, and coordinate schedules, trainings, and discharge planning to support residents through crisis to contributor. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred in Psychology/Addiction Studies), 2+ years in ministry/addiction services, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in ministry/services or addictions-related field.
• Experience in management/administration preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of daily program operations for Justin’s Place Recovery program (per track from Program Director).
• Coordinate and implement program schedule, including classes and lectures.
• Assist in evaluating program goals, objectives, and curriculum.
• Monitor program outcome data with other departments.
• Provide supervision, support, and training for case management team.
• Ensure staff training and credentialing compliance.
