Job summary

Ascension Recovery Services in Morgantown, WV, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a team of Recovery Support Specialists in a residential SUD program. You will supervise staff, ensure safe, trauma-informed client care, and coordinate daily operations.

The role requires onboarding new staff, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with nursing and clinical colleagues to deliver integrated, client-centered services.

Qualifications

• Must have experience training, mentoring, or onboarding staff.
• First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; eligible to transport patients per policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Recovery Support Specialists and ensure monthly supervision.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical, and admin teams for integrated care.
• Develop RSS staffing schedules and onboarding/training within 60 days.
• Lead training materials and ongoing skill development for RSS.
• Ensure incident documentation and shift activity records.
• Oversee daily routines including housekeeping, meals, and medications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
