Job summary

Brighton Center Inc. is seeking a Recovery Services Supervisor to oversee daily program operations, manage casework for Phase 1, Phase 2, and Sober Living participants, and coordinate services across programs.

The position is Full-Time, Exempt, requiring supervisory experience in social services and knowledge of substance use disorders. A BS/BA in a related field or equivalent training is preferred, with opportunities to support alumni activities and staff development.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience in social services or mental health (minimum 1 year).
• Experience and training in substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily program operations and case management for Phase 1, Phase 2, and Sober Living participants.
• Support alumni and plan alumni activities; follow up on alumni contacts.
• Train and supervise Case Manager I and peer mentors; facilitate morning meetings.
• Maintain customer case records and coordinate services for customers.
