Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring outcomes, maintaining documentation in Mission Tracker, and coordinating discharge plans and partner referrals. Travel to offsite events and credentialing compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Education and experience as specified: HS diploma required; degree preferred.
• At least 2 years in ministry/services or addictions field with administrative aptitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information and use computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director with resident care activities and staff supervision.
• Oversee program operations and track progress with regular staff meetings.
• Coordinate schedules, classes, and lectures for the recovery program.
• Monitor outcomes and ensure proper documentation in Mission Tracker.
• Support discharge planning and develop Home Plans with team.
• Coordinate community partner referrals for ancillary care.
• Manage travel to offsite events and maintain compliance with credentialing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
