South Richmond Hill Recovery, LLC in Ozone Park, NY is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to lead and inspire a team of professionals delivering recovery and behavioral health services. You will supervise direct care staff, monitor client progress, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to sustain seamless program operations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in recovery, substance use, or behavioral health settings
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, harm reduction, and recovery support services
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as OASAS/OMH is preferred
• Proficiency in case management documentation and electronic health records (EHR)
• CASAC, LMSW, or LCSW or equivalent licensure is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily program operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality recovery and behavioral health services
• Supervise, mentor, and support direct care staff to promote professional development and program excellence
• Monitor client progress and ensure individualized treatment plans are implemented effectively
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, agency policies, and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain seamless program continuity
• Conduct staff meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing training sessions
• Serve as a point of escalation for client concerns, crises, and incident reporting
