Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a trusted behavioral health provider in Arizona.

The Peer Support Specialist is part of the F/ACT clinical team and coordinates services with staff to support clients and families by sharing recovery experiences and guiding access to community resources. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a current AZ driver’s license, and a Certified Peer Support Specialist certification.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Associate Degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
• 1-3 years of experience working in the Behavioral Health and/or Substance Abuse field preferred.
• Current AZ Driver’s License
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification required.
• Certified Peer Support Specialist certification.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services based on daily staffings with the clinical team.
• Share recovery experiences to support individuals and families and promote recovery.
