The Peer Support Specialist is part of the F/ACT clinical team and coordinates services with staff to support clients and families by sharing recovery experiences and guiding access to community resources. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a current AZ driver’s license, and a Certified Peer Support Specialist certification.

The F/ACT Peer Support Specialist is a member of the clinical team dedicated to F/ACT clients. Coordinates services based on daily staffings with other members of the clinical team, provides experience, strength, and hope to individuals, their families, and significant others by sharing their recovery experience and knowledge of the behavioral health system and available community resources to promote recovery and self‑improvement.
