Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a dedicated F/ACT Peer Support Specialist to join our clinical team.

You will coordinate services with daily staffings, share recovery experience, and empower clients, families, and others by guiding them through the behavioral health system and local resources to promote recovery and self-improvement. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED (an Associate degree is preferred), at least six months of recovery experience, and 1–3 years in behavioral

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Behavioral Health and/or Substance Abuse preferred.
• Current AZ Driver’s License required.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) per A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI policies required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services based on daily staffings with the clinical team.
• Share recovery experiences and knowledge to support clients and families.
• Promote recovery and self-improvement by connecting clients to community resources.
• Support the clinical team in delivering F/ACT services.
