Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare provider serving Arizona. The Substance Use/Mental Health Specialist will deliver clinical therapeutic services to patients on the F/ACT team, including assessment, diagnosis and treatment for crisis and behavioral health concerns.

The role requires adherence to state and federal regulations and collaboration with families and care teams as part of a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field required.
• Master’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Licensing at the associate level with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment to patients assigned to the F/ACT team.
• Deliver clinical therapeutic services in accordance with DBHS, RBHA, BMFL and CFR guidelines.
• Work with patients and families to support crisis stabilization and recovery.
