Job summary

You will work as part of a clinical team, provide mentoring, and help clients achieve community independence through supportive services and recovery-oriented practices. Responsibilities include developing care plans, teaching recovery tools, coordinating with supervisors, documenting progress, and maintaining compliance with agency and RBHA

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 21+ years.
• Must obtain fingerprint clearance in Arizona.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Crisis to Care Training within 30 days of hire.
• Peer Support Training Course with Recovery Competency Test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist enrolled members in planning care and accessing supports with the clinical team.
• Model recovery principles to help clients cope with stressors.
• Teach recovery tools (WRAP, Recovery Planner).
• Help clients develop natural supports and community living.
• Model professional conduct and utilize supervisory feedback.
• Coordinate scheduling with supervisor and complete required training logs.
• Report client progress to the clinical team and maintain records.
• Provide customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
