Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 21 years of age or over.
• No convictions for felonies or misdemeanors involving substance abuse, sexual misbehavior or assault.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and arrange own transportation.
• Must obtain fingerprint clearance in Arizona.
• Must obtain CPR and first aid certification.
• Must complete Crisis to Care Intervention training within 30 days of hire.
• Must have completed Peer Support Training Course with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist identified members to develop plans of care and access supports.
• Model recovery principles and facilitate coping with stressors.
• Teach/train recovery tools (WRAP, Recovery Planner) as observed.
• Help clients develop natural supports and community living.
• Model professional conduct and self-advocacy.
• Coordinate activities with supervisor and training logs.
• Communicate progress with the clinical team and maintain records.
• Complete required clinical documentation per agency and RBHA standards.
• Assist in planning services with peers when indicated.
• Maintain composure and cooperative behavior under pressure.
• Provide customer service to clients, families, and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
