Job summary

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) seeks a compassionate Counselor dedicated to patient-centered care and recovery. You will conduct individual and group counseling, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with support resources throughout their recovery journey.

Schedule: 5:00am–1:30pm, Monday–Friday; Pay: $20.00–$25.00 hourly plus bonus structure. Requirements: MAADC I-II, CADC, CRADC, LMSW, or LPC; meet state-level requirements and a bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher).

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships by providing individual and group counseling for people recovering from drug use and alcohol disorders.
• Welcome new and returning patients by guiding them through the intake and orientation process.
• Connect patients with community resources and help them access the support they need.
• Follow up on referrals and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Foster an inclusive environment where every patient is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory agency requirements.
