Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking a compassionate Counselor to support patients on their recovery journey. You will conduct counseling sessions, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with community resources in a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Requires state-level eligibility and licensure or willing to pursue licensure at hire.
• Master’s degree required in human services or related field.
• Must meet state-level requirements and licensure options (LPC/LADAC/LCSW/LMSW).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling for people recovering from drug use and alcohol disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate records.
• Guide patients through intake and orientation, follow referrals, and coordinate with community resources.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
