Job summary

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) seeks a compassionate Counselor to support patients on their recovery journey. You will conduct counseling sessions, develop individualized treatment plans, and build meaningful connections with patients.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 5:00 AM–12:30 PM with rotating Saturday shifts. Pay varies with experience. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in health services or related field; credentials such as ADC-IP/AADC-IP/ADC/AADC preferred.

Qualifications

• Meet state-level requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• ADC-IP, AADC-IP, ADC, or AADC credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling by building trusting relationships and offering individual and group sessions for people recovering from drug use and alcohol disorders.
• Welcome new and returning patients through intake and orientation; connect patients with community resources.
• Follow up on referrals and maintain accurate patient records; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
