Behavioral Health Group - BHG in Paducah, KY is seeking a compassionate Counselor to support patients on their recovery journey through individual and group counseling, develop treatment plans, and build meaningful connections.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 5am to 2pm. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Services or related field.
• Must meet state-level requirements.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusting relationships by providing individual and group counseling for people recovering from drug use and alcohol disorders.
• Welcome new and returning patients by guiding them through the intake and orientation process.
• Connect patients with community resources and help them access the support they need.
• Follow up on referrals and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Foster an inclusive environment where every patient is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory agency requirements.
