Qualifications

• Active Substance abuse/Social work certifications or licensure in MI is required.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions and group sessions.
• Orient patients to treatment operations and procedures.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans and maintain records.
• Coordinate care with community providers as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and required in-service training.
