Iron Recovery and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Case Manager in Toms River, NJ. You will coordinate services for clients navigating healthcare, social services, and legal systems, and collaborate with treatment teams, families, and community partners to support recovery and stability.

You will advocate for clients, help them access benefits, and facilitate connections to resources, education, employment, and supportive networks while upholding professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
• 1–2 years of case management or human services experience.
• Experience with substance use disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients navigating healthcare, social services and legal systems.
• Help clients access medical, psychological, social and vocational services.
• Assist with obtaining public benefits and community resources.
• Identify unmet needs and develop solutions with clients.
• Support independent living, employment, education and community involvement.
• Maintain client contacts via in-person, phone or telehealth meetings.
