IRON Recovery and Wellness Center in New Jersey seeks a Client Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator to connect individuals with opioid use disorder to treatment and recovery resources. This full-time role covers Mercer and Ocean Counties, requiring travel across these areas and solid community outreach skills.

You will build relationships with hospitals, courts, primary care providers, and community organizations to reduce barriers to access and support treatment initiation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus two years of outreach, health navigation, or community engagement experience.
• An associate or bachelor's degree may substitute for one year of required experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop referral relationships and conduct community outreach to link individuals to treatment.
• Engage adults 18-25 and those recently released from jail or detention.
• Coordinate warm handoffs to Care Coordinators and provide MOUD information.
• Represent the organization at health fairs, coalitions, and community events.
• Track referrals, conversions, and client engagement; maintain records.
