Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in addiction or mental health settings preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort speaking in front of groups and strong communication skills.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high-risk patients, support group participation, and report outcomes daily.
• Lead groups such as Under 30, WRAP, and YAOPs; document attendance in EMR.
• Track program evaluations and report data to supervisors.
• Communicate effectively with patients in a treatment setting.
• Participate in recovery-focused socialization and uphold guidelines.
• Document observations in patient records and logs.
• Assist the counseling team and meet with patients individually.
• Maintain professional boundaries and align with Gosnold policies.
