Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Addiction/mental health exposure and ability to cover multiple shifts, including weekends.
• Customer service experience in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high-risk patients and support group participation to reduce disruptive behaviors.
• Facilitate specialty groups and document attendance in the EMR.
• Track program evaluations and report data to supervisors.
• Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team.
• Support counseling staff and participate in recovery-oriented activities.
• Maintain accurate records and incident reports as required.
• Uphold Gosnold values and maintain professional boundaries.
