Responsibilities include assisting with group activities, documenting in the medical record, and communicating with the care team. The ideal candidate has experience in addiction or mental health and can cover weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• CPR certification required or certifiable.
• Preferred: MA Driver’s License with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high-risk patients and facilitate engagement to reduce disruptive behaviors.
• Lead group activities such as Relapse Prevention and YAOPs sessions.
• Document attendance and patient observations in medical records.
• Collaborate with nursing and counseling staff to support recovery.
• Maintain program guidelines and patient boundaries.
