Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. in Wareham, MA, seeks a Recovery Aide to support patients in the behavioral health program.

You will collaborate with nurses, counselors, and medication staff, assist patients and families to promote recovery and wellness, and help maintain a safe, respectful treatment environment. The position starts in Falmouth and moves to Wareham this Fall, requires experience or education in addiction, and demands strong communication with the care team and ability to cover multiple shifts,

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in addiction or mental health is preferred.
• Ability to cover multiple shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high-risk patients and report outcomes daily.
• Lead specialty groups and document attendance.
• Track program evaluations and report data.
• Communicate effectively with patients in treatment.
• Maintain program guidelines and support counseling staff.
