Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Aide for Wareham, MA. This role acts as a liaison among care teams and supports patients and families in the behavioral health system to promote recovery and wellness.

The Recovery Aide will assist with group activities, monitor high‑risk patients, document observations, and coordinate with nurses, counselors, and the Program Director. Weekend coverage is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and ability to speak to larger groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead liaison among staff, nurses, counselors, and medication specialists.
• Conduct group sessions such as Relapse Prevention and YAOPs.
• Document observations and participation in patient records and logs.
