Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in addiction or mental health; ability to cover multiple shifts, including weekends.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience; comfort speaking to groups.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high-risk patients and support engagement while reporting outcomes daily.
• Conduct specialty groups and document attendance in the EMR.
• Track program evaluations and relay data to the clinical team.
• Interact effectively with patients and families in a treatment setting.
• Document observations and participate in incident reporting as needed.
• Collaborate closely with counseling staff and provide patient support.
