Smile Doctors in Missouri seeks a Records Coordinator to welcome patients, collect orthodontic records, and keep patient flow on schedule. You’ll coordinate with treatment coordinators and doctors, manage records requests, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior dental clinic experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greets new patients and family members.
• Maintains on-time patient workflow.
• Directs scheduling and next-available patient.
• Captures X-rays, photographs and scans.
• Relays patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors.
• Coordinates clinical records requests.
• Manages patient treatment flow and scheduling.
• Maintains compliance with state, federal and other regulations.
• May clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment.
• May cross train to support multiple roles within the clinic.
