Job summary

FSA Federal seeks a Records Examiner/Analyst to support FBI missions by data review, entry, and reporting across asset forfeiture cases. You will ensure completeness, resolve inconsistencies, and maintain orderly case files for timely updates.

The role requires an undergraduate degree or a HS diploma with two years’ experience, plus strong communication, meticulous data entry, and MS Office skills. A Top-Secret clearance is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or High School Diploma/GED with two years' experience.
• One year experience in asset forfeiture or a law enforcement related field.
• Ability to grasp organizational structure and functions of the customer.
• Strong project/workload management and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to review, interpret, evaluate and extract data from complex documents.
• Meticulous data entry and attention to detail; team-oriented.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates data from multiple sources.
• Confirms completeness of data and resolves inconsistencies.
• Enters data into databases, documents or spreadsheets accurately.
• Creates case/project files and maintains file status.
• Manages validation of case data and compliance with deadlines.
• Requests additional information as needed.
• Prepares reports and summaries from diverse sources.
• Provides timely status updates and supports other duties.
