Job summary

FSA Federal is recruiting for a Records Examiner/Analyst to support DEA missions. The role focuses on reviewing data from various sources, ensuring data completeness, and accurately entering information into databases and documents. You will create and manage case files while maintaining compliance with deadlines.

The position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work within a team. Prior asset forfeiture or law enforcement experience is valued, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires an undergraduate degree or a high school diploma with two years of related experience.
• Ability to grasp the organization and functions of the customer and manage workload.
• Strong data extraction, review, and interpretation skills for complex documents.
• Proven accuracy in data entry and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate data from multiple sources.
• Enter data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
• Create and manage case/project files; validate case data.
• Provide timely status updates and prepare reports or summaries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
