Job summary

FSA Federal is seeking a Records Examiner/Analyst to support nationwide law enforcement initiatives and the FBI mission. This role focuses on data integrity, documentation, and timely case handling, contributing to asset forfeiture efforts and program support.

Applicants should have a degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and proficient MS Office skills. A Top-Secret clearance is preferred and citizenship is required for sensitive work.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or HS diploma with two years' experience.
• One-year experience in asset forfeiture or a field related to law enforcement.
• Excellent communication skills; oral and written.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to grasp and understand the organization and functions of the customer.
• Strong attention to detail; meticulous data entry skills.
• Proven commitment to provide excellent customer service; positive and flexible.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a professional disposition.
• U.S. Citizenship with a 7- or 10-year background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates data and information from multiple sources.
• Confirms completeness of received data and resolves inconsistencies.
• Enters required data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
• Creates case/project files and manages their status.
• Manages validation and verification of case data.
• Keeps track of case file status to ensure deadlines are met.
• Requests additional information as needed.
• Selects relevant information to prepare documents, reports, and replies.
• Prepares and modifies reports and correspondence.
• Provides accurate and timely status updates; performs other duties as assigned.
