Qualifications

• Requires undergraduate degree or high school diploma with two years' experience.
• One year of asset forfeiture or law enforcement-related experience.
• Ability to grasp and understand the organization and functions of the customer.

• Meticulous data entry and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates data and information from multiple sources.
• Confirms completeness of received data and resolves inconsistencies.
• Accurately enters data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
• Creates case or project files and manages file status timelines.
• Maintains and verifies case files and data systems for compliance.
• Manages requests for additional information as needed.
• Prepares reports and correspondence with accurate formatting.
• Provides timely status updates and assists with other duties as assigned.
