Job summary

Ashby is hiring a Recruiting Operations Consultant to support our High Touch customer segment, focusing on 1:1 consulting, CSM enablement, and educational content creation to scale recruiting ops expertise.

You'll collaborate with Professional Services to scope and deliver paid engagements, build Academy courses, guides, webinars, and segment playbooks, and inform product education with insights from customer work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in recruiting operations, analytics, and process design.
• Experience building scalable education and customer enablement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact RecOps consulting engagements and education.
• Collaborate with AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services to scope and sell paid engagements.
• Translate consulting insights into scalable education—courses, guides, and playbooks.
• Contribute to advanced product education and dashboards.
• Serve as SME between Customer Education and the High Touch CSM team.
• Provide feedback to Product Team.
• Enable CSMs on foundational RecOps strategies.
