Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration in Jacksonville seeks a Reconstruction Field Coordinator to support Project Managers by coordinating field activities, documentation, and customer communications throughout the reconstruction process.

In this hands-on role, you will conduct initial field inspections, gather measurements, help develop repair scopes, coordinate permits and inspections, and ensure project files stay organized and up-to-date while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or commercial construction, restoration, project coordination, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial field inspections to gather project information, photos, measurements, and documentation for estimating.
• Develop repair scopes and field notes to aid estimators in creating complete reconstruction estimates.
• Coordinate with Administrative Project Coordinator for documentation, scheduling, permits, and customer communications.
• Obtain customer signatures for work authorizations and project documents.
• Coordinate permit applications and manage permitting through final approval.
• Schedule and attend city/county inspections as needed.
• Deliver and collect finish material samples and assist customers with product selections.
• Coordinate material ordering and communicate delivery schedules with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain organized project files, photographs, permits, inspection records, and customer documentation.
• Proactively communicate project status to customers and project managers.
