Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH is seeking a Reconstruction Project Coordinator to organize and support residential reconstruction efforts. You will manage documentation, coordinate scheduling, and assist with insurance and estimating processes while maintaining strong communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The role requires detail orientation, multi-tasking ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CM software.

Qualifications

• Experience in reconstruction or construction preferred.
• Familiarity with Xactimate and insurance restoration processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with follow-through.
• Proficient in Office and construction management software.
• Work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation and project records across active projects.
• Assist Project Managers with scheduling and administration.
• Maintain production files: notes, photos, contracts, change orders, permits, insurance docs, correspondence.
• Upload documents in company software and keep files complete.
• Handle incoming calls about losses and assign projects.
• Create build selection sheets and finish schedules.
• Communicate project updates to customers and teams.
• Monitor budgets and timelines; help keep on schedule.
• Assist with collections and final payments.
• Attend meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
