Qualifications

• Five years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience leading and developing associates.
• Proven ability to achieve project deliverables and metrics.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Inspection Center.
• Mentor direct reports and plan succession through coaching and training.
• Contribute to strategic plans and align with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies and performance targets.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with Carvana values.
• Recruit, orient and train supervisory staff; manage training progression.
