Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Experience leading and developing a team of associates.
• Ability to meet project deliverables and company metrics.
• Fluent English written and spoken, 18+ years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Inspection Center.
• Mentor direct reports, coach, and manage performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Maintain standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Lead problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adequate production capacity and staffing.
