Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Reconditioning Center Administrator in Fort Worth to manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and ensure repair quality. You will coordinate sublet repairs with multiple vendors, arrange transportation for off-site work, and oversee tire orders and invoicing to keep repair orders on track.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with center leadership to review costs and maintain safety and cosmetic standards across vehicles.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and vehicle standards.
• Ability to collaborate with management and team leads to assess repairs and costs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign sublet repairs with all vendors.
• Arrange transportation for off-site repairs and communicate quality and timing expectations.
• Review completed vendor work for accuracy and quality; process and approve sublet invoices.
• Manage labor and parts coding for repair orders; oversee tire orders and payment reconciliation.
