Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a Reconditioning Center Administrator to manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and ensure repair quality. This role supports smooth operations by handling vehicle repair orders, validating vendor work, and owning facility invoices.

You will coordinate sublet repairs with national vendors, arrange transportation for off-site work, monitor pricing accuracy, and work closely with Inspection Center teams to keep repairs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work in a safety-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign sublet repairs with vendors.
• Process and approve sublet invoices, ensuring correct pricing.
• Review completed vendor work for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain repair orders and cost records.
• Collaborate daily with national vendors to manage outstanding invoices.
