DriveTime is seeking a Director of Reconditioning Operations to lead our Reconditioning Center, ensuring quality and profitability before vehicles go to retail. You will drive staffing, processes, and performance across the site while aligning with corporate goals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple departments to meet supply chain objectives. Safety and compliance are essential in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive goals.
• Must demonstrate ability to work with all levels of employees and customers.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Equivalent combination of experience, training, and education.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reconditioning Center operations and bottom line management.
• Manage staffing, operating expenses, efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee recruiting, screening, and hiring of team members.
• Schedule and lead onsite and virtual meetings and site visits.
• Provide coaching and development for Reconditioning Center teams.
