The Juarbe Agency is seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join Omar Juarbe's office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn the insurance industry. You will greet customers, manage schedules, and support our team with administrative tasks.

Fluent in Spanish is required; strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential to thrive in a fast-paced office environment and deliver excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
