The role involves managing appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with inquiries while identifying opportunities to discuss insurance options. We value reliability, organization, and a proactive attitude in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.

Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Auto Underwriting Supervisor, giving me a strong foundation in the insurance industry. I attended California State University, Northridge, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
